charmed by helpful staff and location
helpful staff perfect location sea view rooftop terrace
i found the staff very helpful they arranged my airport transfers quickly. the location was perfect a short walk to main attractions and transport links. my room faced the sea of marmara i enjoyed the views every day. the rooftop terrace gave a great place to unwind after sightseeing. breakfast offered local dishes i enjoyed trying new things.
the room was on the smaller side however it had everything i needed for my stay.

the staff provided very quick assistance with travel arrangements they were available 24/7. they also offered helpful tips on local attractions and transport options. communication was clear and prompt i felt supported throughout my stay.

breakfast featured a selection of turkish dishes and fresh bread. coffee and tea were always available during breakfast hours. i found the rooftop setting for breakfast to be a great start to each day it had sea views.

my room had a comfortable bed fresh linens and effective air conditioning. the bathroom included toiletries and fresh towels daily. i had a tv with international channels i found it useful after a long day.

the rooftop terrace provides panoramic city views and comfortable seating. i saw the 24/7 reception desk ensuring assistance at any hour. luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out it added great flexibility.

amazing stay!
excellent location professional staff clean hotel
the location was excellent, close to major attractions. the staff, including eymen and murad, were very professional. the hotel was clean and tidy!!!
